Working with INMAR key personnel , by interview, observation, and from any existing documentation, establish the flow of the current processes employed
Identify critical processes that have direct impact on INMAR IS operations.
Assess current process effectiveness and efficiency against best practices.
Comparison of the IT Service Management function and responsibilities across its services and interfaces (internally and externally) compared to best practices.
Devlopment of policies and procedures Tailored for INMAR processes and operations
Best practices awareness
Build understanding of key principles, models and best practices applied to effective IT service management.
Provide observations and recommendations to realistically bridge the process gap via implementing relevant best practice processes.
Enhance the Awareness in IT security operations
Follow up sessions
Ensure that personnel are consistently able to adhere to the SOPs
Establish the maturity level of service management processes .
